His background enables him to bridge practical AI implementation with enterprise-ready governance and reliability.
In addition to his AI specialization, Shawn configures integrated CRM solutions across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Agentforce, and Revenue Operations — ensuring that intelligent automation is seamlessly embedded into core business workflows.
A Certified Salesforce Administrator and Agentforce Specialist, Shawn combines AI fluency with strong platform architecture skills to deliver solutions that are secure, scalable, and built for long-term growth.
Outside of technology, Shawn is passionate about urban forest restoration and street tree stewardship, volunteering with community organizations such as NYC Parks and Trees for Houston.
